No, not really.

You can actually look yourself for anything that has a fixed name (unique, runewords), just look for them in the search bar, and check the price history.

The price check also works with blue items, just put their full name (like "lion branded grand charm of craftmanship") in the price checker toolbar at the top of this section.

Only tricky thing is for rare items; hence most of these price check requests.
