It got fixed, not nerfed. I don't know what people are worried about. Firewall still slaps hard and is viable in hell.
They fixed something that was a thing since the game was made though didn't they (internet unreliable). I do agree it is still powerful and viable. I also find it can miss now. It was a cool useful addition to a late game pnb summoner via trangs and the spell on that gear is not really usable though really if thats why your wearing trangs your probably not playing as intended so its fine either way.

We were recently discussing in the discord about the possibility of adding low level runewords that cost high runes to make. They're basically Heirlooms from Wow at that point. Could even boast "Based on character level" modifiers so they scale as you play. Would be an interesting concept!
Hell, no! That’d increase the disparity between poor and rich players even further and bring HC PK to a new level!

I think it would be a quite cool endgame gamble idea if it randomized which runeword you got if it could be more than one. Meaning if you use 3 Zods in a chest it randomizes which runeword you get, a 3

Enigma is quite a status symbol.

Since this change would be the first of it's kind it's hard to understand how the market prices of bases will be, or even other runes.
non mercenary weapon runewords made for pewpew may find it mandatory to use "this"

, but that would also increase the damage of lesser popular builds.

... an indestructible amulet... as underwhelming as the rune!

Or.... It could be an amulet that has a durability that decreases instead of the rest of your equipment. THAT would be useful.

An amulet named "Dying Star" which would have awesome stats, but a certain durability. Could even turn into the Amulet "Black Hole" once the durability reaches 0

At least 10 uniques there having +150 resist all and random curse. And a random super unique. This SC drops on a random part when the place is all clear.

Quest reward for an act 4 New content (if one day...):

Scroll of swiftness (one use only like the Lam Esen tome):

Adds the following stats once and for good
- 5% fcr
- 5% fhr
- 5% fbr
- 5% frw
- 5% ias

If it's available at every difficulty adds 15 all (perhaps too much, could be 3/3/4)!
Could also be an event reward but then a unique SC.

If the golem was supposed to stay alive even after unequipping the shield, that item wouldn't have to be a shield.

This gave me an idea: what if there was a charm providing
