What are some unique items that are commonly 'upped'?

@Teebling The third list is comprehensive, so we can probably use that in lieu of a spreadsheet for all unique armors; that would save me a lot of time and effort.

I'll continue drawing up my weapon upgrade sheet unless we're able to locate a master list for those as well.

Edit: I just saw the list for ethereal bugged base items. Aside from the minimum defense values, it offers more data than what I have. I suppose we could use that instead.
