Nice! Make it also work like Ancestors' Grace in D3.
And maybe tone down +skills or MF, as in current state it is arguably superior to Mara's Kaleidoscope (at least for HC characters, which do not have to worry about losing the amulet).

A nostalgic item to the good old pre expansion d2 days when i wore Iceblink and imbued Lance and made CS runs (and yes Iron Maiden killed you many times in a full ww all over cs,) At lvl 67 something your charcter was done. highest items in the game was rare amulets with lvl req of 67 (+2 skills). I always loved to ww river of flamce with a highdam Lance and Iceblink and make everything you see explode in Ice chards. want that to be possible again.

Something like ariocs needle but for cold. The stats will be all you need to make it worth your while to go with this amazing 2hand weapon and with 80% ias it is very fast.

It got fixed, not nerfed. I don't know what people are worried about. Firewall still slaps hard and is viable in hell.
