We don't really know yet. Unless Blizzard comes out to clarify this, we'll just have to wait until reset to find out.

With the hop for a process like ladder items getting into non-ladder, last day I'll find a

Conviction Hepasto after respeccing into fire and wait.

* I trade both ladder and non-ladder, please check before asking.
