It's in an ethereal base so you can't repair it once it's broken.
It's in a "heavy" base meaning you get a 10% run/walk penalty.
It has a 160 stregnth requirement; much too high.
Edit: I suppose there might be a use case as a magic find armor for Merc, it has some decent survivability bonuses. However in the 3 years of this site being active, not a single ethereal Enigma has sold ..
