Nihlathak's Temple is accessed from
Harrogath through a portal next to
Anya (once
Prison of Ice has been completed).

It is often visited on magic find runs for the superunique,
Pindleskin, which has a TC of 87 that allows him to drop almost any item in the game. This, and his predictable location, makes him an extremely popular target to run.

After testing in Resurrected, It is now confirmed that the portal to
Nihlathak's Temple does NOT close if you get the waypoint and kill
Nihlathak. The portal now remains open all the time.

The game treats the
Reanimated Horde that spawn outside the temple as dead, so the Paladins
Redemption aura will actually vacuum these guys all up before they can cause a hassle
