For the pelts I'm not sure but I would guess no value. Afaik you need at least +3 to a mainly used skill ( Fissure, Fire Claws, Tornado, ...).
Circlets without fcr or frw usually also have no value as Harlequin Crest or other uniques are better.
For throw barb you need to compare to Warshrike or Lacerator. I would also say no value here.

Agreed, no trading value for all (except perhaps for the Axe, I don't know these at all).
You can still wear them to level up, or try to sell them for a few Perfect Gems... or just for Charsi gold.
