I am not sure how to value these. All stats are useful and it is the highest ed value I have ever found.

It's not bad, but compare that to Bartuc's Cut-Throat which is available at about a Lem.
Sure it has more raw damage but for everything else, I'll pick Bartuc's every day.
Perhaps a specific PvP build, but would say no value - still practical to level up.
