The part that matters is the mechanical side. It doesn't seem like the warlock, damage-wise, needs to use ethereal weapons better than all other classes.

- Multiplicative damage instead of additive was most likely a mistake, and removing that alone will basically divide all damage by 3 or 4. And that's a good thing.
- Most of the others (e.g. less synergies for ES), tend to agree too, though...

Anyway, before crying, let's try.
Having durability loss doesn't make sense to me ...for a skill named "echoing" strike which literally is a Spell.
U take your weapon's damage and project sound outwards and it bounces back to you, similiar to War Cry and..might i add - Shock Wave.
There never is any physical interaction between the weapon (that is FLOATING) ever touching whatever is targeted, only the echoes branch out and return.
