Heaven's Brethren set tweak / still no patch notes?

I was shuffling around and culling through items in storage, and decided to put on Heaven's Brethren since I had forgotten its full bonuses. However, the damage reduction seemed new, so I looked it up on the site here, and apparently both that and the life steal have been added.

I guess this was changed in the most recent patch, but we still don't have patch notes, so... what else has changed that's still waiting for someone to notice?

edit: and apparently max fire damage, more replenish life, and no more heal stamina. This set was all found in a previous patch, so they might have changed the individual items too.
