why does uber meph delete Valkyrie so fast? he waves his boney hand and she's gone
tried it with ~lvl 50, so ~ 100 res points at least. -25 res after Conviction worst case
i understand old ubers' attacks are somewhat reasonable, under 1k? then 2x factor on boss vs minion, so he would deal 2.5k dmg max? and valk has 7k+ life after cta, so should last at least a few seconds..
or what am I missing?

I would also guess that it's not a melee attack but his charged Bolts. That's 21 times ~500 damage. Only 4 have of those 21 have to hit to OTS your valk.

thx.. but what about uber ancients, heralds and dclone then? 4x doesn't apply to them / mitigated by res?
1) uber ancients, she normally takes a few hits, and sometimes even survives the fight
2) heralds, she survives 99% of the time, elemental dmg she ignores even if they have Conviction
3) dclone, she normally survives without a scratch

4x applies also for other bosses.
Keep in mind that your Valk also evades. So while the average damage decreases, she can get unlucky and instantly die when 21 Bolts come for her at once.

but what about the physical dmg from heralds? they can easily hit a character with ~2k dmg, times four that would one shot the valk. but it doesn't.
