Tristram

Tristram is accessed through a portal near the Cairn Stones in the Stoney Field after obtaining the

Scroll of Inifuss. Watch out for

Griswold in the South West.

Deckard Cain must be rescued by clicking on the suspended cage in which he is held prisoner, after which he will cast a Town Portal back to the

Rogue Encampment for himself.

In the North West of the map you'll find Wirt's Body, which drops

Wirt's Leg. On nightmare difficulty and above, you can use this for

Recipe: Portal to the Secret Cow Level. It also drops a quantity of

Gold.

Not to be confused with

Uber Tristram, which is a late-game alternative version of the level containing the last three Uber bosses in the

Pandemonium Event.
