A really nice all

Round Shield (pardon the pun). Can be versatile due to it's 2 sockets, and already helpful defensive stats. Paladins and Necromancers will opt for their class specific options, but for most other classes this is a great choice for levelling, particularly with its low strength/level requirements.

Good candidate for

Shael Runes,

Perfect Diamond,

Ist Runes (for the rich among us) or

Eld Runes to keep your required dexterity lower for maximum block chance. You could even use this in a iPDR build by throwing 2

Sol runes in - perfect to use while waiting for

An updated

Moser's Blessed Circle can be a good placeholder for the infamous "Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting" (JMOD).

The strenght requirement is lower (100 Str vs 154 Str) and the Amazon Class block is higher (70% vs 67%). Potentially, this can result in higher vitality and lower dexterity. "All Resistances +25" is also a plus.

In terms of raw damage output

Moser's Blessed Circle is inferior in comparison to Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting. The reason for this is the lower number of sockets for inserting Rainbow Facets (

Rainbow Facet: Lightning Death and

Rainbow Facet: Lightning Level-up ). For this purpose,

Head Hunter's Glory is slightly better (3 sockets).

The better offense comes with a price tag of several

Ber runes.
