Warp Lobby

Does anybody know what the deal is with warp lobbies lately? I took a break from the game, and I've been having zero luck finding anybody hosting or joining any warp lobbies. I've tried hosting a couple to try and get Act 1 and Act 2 fully unlocked, but I keep getting disconnected.
Does Blizzard have some sort of beef with people being carried with getting warps now to the point where people are being shadow-banned for trying to unlock

Oops! Thank you for the heads up. My internet has been so funky all day, I guess it was submitting just not showing me that it was LOL. I’ll go fix that now.

I think OP is talking about rushes. Maybe your internet being unreliable is the reason you keep being disconnected?

if warp lobbies mean getting rushed/boosted through the acts, i have done this alot, and had no issues with it, even did it on this ladder too

I haven't heard of warp lobby before, my personal guess after reading the post:

would that be opening town portal for others to obtain all way points?

So players will be like teleporting in and out of town a lot and maybe triggered some server limit?

AWS crashed so hard it took out a several DNS so its the internet as a whole that is under performing, though i suspect d2r is still running outdated netcode never upgraded from the original game compounding any network issues.

If you're looking for specific services then it might be easier to join a group that provides them. As the game ages there's going to be fewer and fewer people online which means fewer multiplayer games. I just checked and the lobby game with the most people was 5, and D2Honor seemed way over represented. Here's a screenshot of players in lobby games.
