Hey! I don't really know what to look for in rare sin Claws. Is these, for example good? Or what's the useful skills?

Not sure but this claw shopping guide by @BMAY might be useful for you in determining good attributes.
You want +3 Traps, +3 Lightning Sentry, +3 Death Sentry with Increased Attack Speed and Sockets.
A combo with any of these is worth a pretty penny.

Now go chase for an upgrade in the wilderness. Don't waste hours and hours with Anya
The meta for Assassin Claws is pretty much solely Traps & Lightning Sentry.
+3 Traps + 1-3Lightning Sentry together
(total of 4-6 LS) makes the claw shoot up in value massively.
+3 traps + 40ias is also worth something, though not as much as + Lightning Sentry.
Less sought after, but still used for PVP builds are Fools Claws (adds +dmg and +AR based on Char Level) with IAS.
A Rare claw that combines all of these, such as as theoretical +2 Skills, +3 Lightning Sentry, 40 ias, Fools, Enhanced Damage claw would make you rich.

It's possible to sell Martial Arts Claws, but they would have to be better than Bartuc's by a large margin. Having just +skills is not useful for a MA assassin since you also need speed, or raw damage, or other modifiers like AR.
