Description
Nature's Peace is a ring that might initially appear to have lackluster stats, but it has some value in specific situations. It is the only ring and one of the few sources of Slain Monsters Rest in Peace which prevents a corpse from being used in any way, whether it be by allies or enemies. This is particularly useful for Nihlathak, who can cast the dangerous Corpse Explosion.
With Nature's Peace he will be unable to use corpses from monsters killed by you. However, he can still use corpses from monsters killed by your Mercenary (if he doesn't have SMRIP), your pets (Necromancer Skeletons, Sorceress Hydras, Assassin Traps, etc.), or by confused/attracted monsters.
The integer damage reduction is also useful in the Halls of Vaught against Tomb Vipers, whose poison clouds deal very rapid instances of physical damage. With enough iDR (integer DR), you can greatly reduce or even negate the damage from these clouds which are notorious for killing players very quickly.
The Oak Sage charges are also of use in PvP, where it can provide a decent buff to life and act as a meat shield against some attacks.

The 'go to' iPDR build ring. Also a great option for hardcore non-druid characters to get Oak Sage.
The 'Slain Monsters Rest in Peace' mod is particularly useful against monsters that rely on corpses. This is especially true for Nihlathak, because of his very dangerous Corpse Explosion ability.
Slain Monsters Rest In Peace does not work if you kill a monster with Attacker Takes Damage, Blade Shield, Thorns, Holy Freeze, Holy Fire or Holy Shock.
The odds of a unique ring being Nature's Peace:
Qlvl 1-76: Cannot drop
Qlvl 77-83: 3/58
Qlvl 84 or more: 3/59
