From what i know/read the BIS set up for most builds are a lot of Grand Charms (skiller or Sharp) + some Small Charms, or just a lot of Small Charms (normally mf builds).
Is there some specific build whose BIS set up use Large Charms?

I dont know but its possible. Propablly when have all res with adds.

IIRC There Are GM Melee Builds that will utilize these in perfect form: 6/48/35, as the total attack rating exceeds the 4x 3/20/20 at (80) and the Life Total of a 10/76/45 + 1 3/20/20 (65)

I have a 33 mana 35 life LC that I use in the same column as my Torch for my sin.
The price of this was less than Ist as far as I remember, while 2x 16/17 SC would cost a lot more for less effect. But here it's less for the use than the pricing.

On a "perfect roll" the two small charm would be better:
34 mana and 40 life ( 2 x 17 / 20 )

The "perfect set up" on guides always show a lot of "all resist" small charms.
During all my life I just put my hands on two
(droped one an bought the other...)
Large charms can also roll higher attributes than small or grand charms
Actually, my Horker has some. When they really close to perfect, 6 48 35 that is, and if you have enough of them, you can replace them with GC-SC combo. That I have done already.
* I trade both ladder and non-ladder, please check before asking.
* All my trades are for runes, keys (especially KoT and KoH) and essences!
