i´ve read in some post that people is giving low rolled anhilus for free, is this true???
how is it posible that such a good item is being gifted?

Can be used to make Runewords:
Because there have been so many of them that they end up taking too much stash space, and chars can have only 1 so they take shared stash space.
Search for them in the search bar and you should find free or cheap ones.
