Is there already a jewel socketed in this? I can't tell from the picture but based on the sheer number of affixes I'm guessing there is a 35ed/11max dmg jewel?
Regardless, the visio mod is nice but doesn't outweigh the sheer awesomeness of Arreat's Face. For an Ist you can buy very badly rolled one. So I'd say unfortunately not very much for the Helm. Maybe Ist- Vex. Big maybe.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
