When going through the Tower to farm The Countess. Follow the left wall from the perspective of your character. 9 times out of 10 this will be the most direct path to the next level.
T-shaped room with columns on the sides and wall on the top left always has a super chest.
In this L-Shape is a guaranteed elite pack spawn. So if you want to maximize the elite pack spawns you should go there last. That way you can exceed the number of elite spawns.
In the Tower Cellar Level 1 to 4 you can encounter a T-shaped tile with lit torches on the wall. This tile will always have a super chest in the center as shown below.
