My first reaction was: 1 socket missing.
But it's lvl 25, so might worth something for low level duelling.

The defense roll on these (16-18) really dictate the value. 4-5 Jah with a 16 def roll. 6-10 Jah for 17 def, 12+ Jah for 18 def.
