Description
Upon completing the quest Sisters' Burial Grounds, she offers one of her rogue to accompany you on your journey. She also allows you to hire a rogue of either cold or Fire Arrow skills for a fee.

If you don't complete Sisters' Burial Grounds Quest, you can hire a Rogue Scout Mercenary starting at Character Level 8.
The Rogue Scout uses Inner Sight and either Cold Arrow and Freezing Arrow or Fire Arrow and Exploding Arrow.
