Without more than 5 FCR, not much as it's a stat necro are after and are always a bit tight on.

However, it's good on the reminader, and practical to level up with perfect life etc.

Therefore it's really a weird spot stuff, that would be great for a necro not needing more than 5 FCR. Perhaps typically a poisonmancer or a summoner for which a 75 fcr breakpoint could be enough.

Man, level 89 required, though. That's the trouble with crafting; most of those affixes are available on rares at level 67. 6% mana regen for a necro at level 89 is not a tradeable roll, I think, and with FCR so low...

Vex seems high to me. Maybe? You might end up waiting a long time.

For a necro at 89, you'd need to make up for the FCR on a hat, which means dropping the shako. I think the trade value question here is, how does the amulet compare to

Harlequin Crest? The life is nice for an amulet but not good at all compared to a lvl-89 shako. Just my view; I don't play much necro, so this is just theory.

Circlet.

For poisonmancers:

Death's Web does not have fcr, assuming Enigma or Bramble also. If you use Trang Wing and

Belt for the Poison damage still no fcr

leaves 20 fcr on trang gloves, 20 on

Circlet, 10 per ring... so you need 15 on amulet, not 5.

I'm saying, most builds get FCR on an amulet, and the generic hat for the average caster is Harlequin Crest. So if you lose FCR on the amulet, you need to add it back somewhere, and the easiest FCR gear to add back (since it's already assumed to be on the rings) would be to swap Harlequin Crest for a different kind of hat that includes FCR. Therefore, this is a question of whether (this amulet + some kind of FCR hat) is more/less valuable than (Harlequin Crest + a decent FCR amulet).

You need a really nice circlet + this amulet or a Harlequin Crest and a decent skills/FCR amulet. I think that assessment removes the benefit of the life roll on OP's crafted amulet, since shako beats the amulet on both life and mana.

Sorry, not trying to overthink it. That just seems like the natural evaluation by level 89.

All to say, @TheBengal, the ideal buyer for this already has FCR + skills on their headpiece, and that would need to be a very amazing headpiece to be worth wearing over

Harlequin Crest. Someone with a hat like that is likely able to afford a higher price but will have less interest/need. Post and see what offers you get, gl.

There is no use for it rather then a temp for a 75fcr build or 125fcr using Hoto instead of White in PvP, hitting 125fcr without any fcr at all on amulet, they do prefer rare amus at that point for insane vita and stat boosts since str dex and life rolls higher on rare then they do on caster amulets.
