Hey guys,
Running Hell for the first time ever, currently running a dual Wind/Summoning build and getting slapped about by the cold immunes in Hell. Can anyone recommend some improvements or strats to get me through this. Attached my stat and skill trees.
Happy to be ridiculed, im probably going to go back to Nightmare and farm Terror zones for better kit and XP but let me know what you think i should be doing, any help greatly appreciated

Hi. No one is going to ridicule you. We've all been through it.
The issues:
Your points are too spread out.
Focus first on your damage skills, and then their synergies. In your case, that would be Tornado first, then Hurricane, and then Cyclone Armour and Twister.
Your stat points are also too spread out. Put enough points in strength and dex to use your gear. All else in vitality. Do not put any points in energy. Make a Spirit sword (or shield, if you have a Monarch), if you are low on mana.

Appreciate that. Haven't quite made it to the point of experimenting with rune words, i guess now is the time i should put some effort into that. In terms of point allocation, yeah i see your point, i'm not massively well versed on strats for allocations so i just put them in what i needed at the time, i felt like going elemental with dogs and bear to do solid physical damage would be a decent blend, but Hell is teaching me all kinds of lessons i'd rather not learn lol
If anyone reading has some kit recommendations for me, or has some items they think id benefit from they'd be willing to trade for, i've got plenty of stuff i can offer in exchange
The Monarch shield only drops in hell difficulty. If you find a White one, you can use Larzuk quest on it to get 4 sockets.
The normal 4 socket swords drop on nightmare, so you can farm there. You can also farm normal cow level for a Crystal Sword or broadsword, and use Larzuk quest.
Remember, runewords only work in White items.

Just keep in mind that while sunder will help you kill stuff it will wreck your cold resistance. You have to get extra 70+ cold resist just to compensate for it.

Your cold res is currently -10. With a sunder it will be -80… need to work on your resistances too.

You haven't been unlucky, they can only drop in Hell TZs.
Single element builds all struggle in Hell. As a Wind druid, luckily you have Tornado (deals physical damage) and summons.
Focussing your skill points on main skills and then synergies will improve your damage.
But you don't die due to lack of damage, you die because you lack defense. You have tk get your res up and put more stat points in vita. As mentioned, don't put anything in Energie.
Strength only enough for gear. Dex only for gear and if you want to go max block (not recommended here).

In Hell, you need lots of resistance to survive. Look for gear (helmet, armor, rings, amulets etc...) that bring it for you char.
For damage, there is (as i see, maybe i'm wrong) two ways to kill enemies: a weapon with high damage (for melee) and many skill points for synergy (if you are a caster/ summoner). In your case (the second one), making two Spirit runewords (sword and shield) helps in the start. then you have to look for other itens to increase your bonus skill points in 10 or plus

With your negative resistance you'll die a lot in Hell. That was me 17 years ago. The first time I got to Hell it was brutal.
You'll need a Raven Frost to compensate somewhat with your cold res. Beside other gear, of course.

These low resistances won't help you. Focus in adjust your resistances. Do you have a Skin of the Vipermagi? It gines 20-35 all res and +30% Faster cast rate. Other excelent option in adjusting res is Wizardspike. Gives +75 allres, tons of mana and +50 Fast cast rate. What is your gear he is using? Sunder charm is not necessary because Wind druid makes two tpes of damage. physical and cold. If you don't have any of these come back to nightmare to farm equipment to adjust your resistances. Make some good equipment for your mercenary for hell. Make an Insight for him, make a Bulwark runeword, in ROTW is possible to do non-ladder. Provide some life steal for your merc too. Good options for merc armor is Duriel's Shell or Smoke runeword.
Lots of good suggestions already, although I'll add an additional note for another cheap option, the Insight runeword. It'll cover your mana needs with its Meditation Aura as long as your merc stays alive - after having re-statted all those points out of energy.

It's a little up to taste which you pick, especially with additional summons as you have, but as a caster, having an additional frontliner in the Act 2 merc is valuable. The one that uses the Holy Freeze Aura is popular, but as a cold druid it might feel redundant.
I'm not the most familiar with the best places to find bases for it myself, but bows and poles do start reaching 4 max sockets pretty early as two-handed weapons, so you could find lower level ones in Nightmare Cow Level, I would guess.
