Database +All Skills filter incorrectly filters out certain items
Currently the +All Skills filter searches for the word "All Skills", however certain items does not use this phrase.
For example Tarnhelm, Que-Hegan's Wisdom, Skullder's Ire or Bul-Kathos' Children, which says "+1 To All Skill Levels".
This causes these items to be filtered out.

I'm aware of this bug that has been reported several times already. Being fixed next patch.
