Can be used to make Runewords:
The good way to do this is to use the toolbar at the top of the price check section and type the full name of the item in it.
Works with everything with a "standardized" name : blue, White, uniques, sets.
Rare and crafted are more special and can requets manual price check.
In your case this (excellent) jewel is a scintillating (all res greater than 10) jewel of fervor (15 IAS).

As ladder is still "fresh", I advise you to use non ladder prices also for your value calculation, but you seem to be in the Ber / Jah range with this almost perfect roll.
