2/20 assa gloves with LR, STR and MF

what do you think would be a fair price for those gloves?

Btw, I saw a pair with nearly identical stats, Dex instead of Str and 17 fire res instead of ED which was marked as sold for 25

Yeah, that's the insane price-increase when an item gets from "very good" to "perfect".
Your rolls are awesome, but ED is useless.
So the FR instead of ED roll makes it 6 out of 6 - a relatively small increase of "combat power", but the price explodes. From "unaffordable for 99,9% of the players (because 5/6 is already insanely good) to "unaffordable for 99,9999% of the players.

You can see the same with the "perfect" roll items. From a combat power perspective, the difference if something rolls with "+25 dex and +250 Enhanced damage" and "+22 dex and +242 Enhanced damage" is barely noticable.
But the item will sell for x times the price.

Jah - that find alone makes you rich enough to buy basically every single build you will want - if you buy the "not-perfect" rolled items of course
