Request fulfilled Ability to search and enter item using base items and affinities

Hi, I love the site but i find it really hard to trade items which have no fixed name as i have to guess what others would write searching for it.
My suggestion is to make it so when making new entry you could enter the base item you are selling along with its affinities.

for example:
Item: Amulet
Affinity #1: +X to light skills (sorc)
Affinity #2: +X to all resistances.

and add the same option in the search bar.

currently i find it both hard to sell and search for such items as i have to guess what their headline would contain and if i just search 'Amulet' i would get too big and non-relevant items related to my search.

Would be greatly appreciated if such a thing would be implemented to some degree
