Can be used to make Runewords:
Its a rare Circlet with 2 to all assassin skills, 3% life stolen per hit, 19 all res, 20mf i have it up for trade on traderie for a Ber or Jah but nobody seems interested.
Trapsin and Mosaic sin prefer Griffon's Eye nowadays. So I doubt you can much for your Circlet. Especially since it lacks something special like fcr or 2 os. Actually I would prefer a Harlequin Crest over your Circlet.
Agreed, no value or only a couple of pgems for that one.
