Is this Shield worth something? I just know Shields for a good allres but this is kinda offensive.
For what these Kind of Shields are used?

So you think it worth it to make Sockets on it yes?
Or doesnt it matter?

Adding sockets will help with selling. For one part because the buyer doesn't have to do it, but more importantly because people tend to search for items with sockets so more people will find yours.
