Cube socketing Seems to be about a 5% chance for each socket under 4 bymmv.
I traded a 3OS Sacred Targe with 43 resist a few days ago for Lo Vex if that helps you put a price on it.
Finally, although I would recommend the above posters Sacred Rondache as a base. I do have a 27ar 3os 132 Sacred Targe if you really want I could sell it.
Edit: got the price of my other older trade wrong, it was LoVex.

Would a 15ED 3OS +42res Def 177 Protector Shield be a worthy replacement for a Sacred Targe?
Good vibes to you brother! Ive noticed Chaos Sanctuary and River of Flame have yielded me quite a few good bases for pally shield with + resis.

The Sacred Targe is 86 str requirement with 60% block.
is it worth the extra 17 extra points into STR for the extra 10% block?
I would just go with the cheaper shields for the Dream.
