On my SSF Javazon, I use basically what you are using, but I do use a SoJ and not Manald, and I use Thunderstroke. Mostly always play at Players 7, but switch it to P1 when a Herald spawns lol. She doesn't need full resistances. I still use a Spirit, but Phoenix would be quality of life.

If you are just playing on P1, I think your build is already sufficient.

As some have said, you could swap out the Belt for Tgods (but I wouldn't, the Pierce is too valuable). I'd also keep the highlord's, as with the gloves and Thunderstroke, you will hit higher BPs than without it.

Also, Valkyrie is basically useless IMO, just put all those points into the lightning synergies. I used to use her on my online Java in P1 only, and she barely does anything. She especially does nothing in higher player counts, other than maybe tank a little damage, but that's not necessary IMO.

That's possible but you have to switch a lot and you lose +2 from Spirit on the CTA if you don't switch the shields manually before recasting CTA. But yeah, viable.

You have to wait for the Phoenix to tick, which is bothersome and slows you down. The way to do it is to main the Phoenix and keep Spirit on swap for the fcr. Javas do so much damage you can do without the additional +2 pretty easily. I don't have valk or all its prereqs, but many javazons do and they can still kill without as many points in synergies.

If you want to go without CTA, you can use a wizzy / sui branch / hoto to hit the 99 fcr breakpoint more easily. Zons Teleport slower than slow, so any help you can get is really nice. The 68 BP is easy, and nobody goes for 152 - it's difficult, and still would be really slow at 11 frames.

Word. I have Insight on every merc for every toon ASAP. I do not even bother upgrading them or considering other options until L90+ usually and sometimes not even then depending on how mana hungry of a build! It is just so much lazier than pots and so much cheaper and simpler than anything else to not bother even thinking about mana or energy at all usually.

As far as the original topic:

• Titan's Revenge + Spirit
• Thunderstroke + Spirit on swap.
• Lightning Fury spam by default while kiting.
• Single target boss is Charged Strike for damage!
• TStroke gets a slight edge when melting bosses as well

Pretty much everything else is wild card depending what you need most at the moment. I think I have Smoke in a Wyrmhide base on mine as I am trying out different jewelry that offers no resistances, specifically dual Bul-Kathos rings but not liking it as much as my rares so far. Obviously Griffon's is better than Ama Circlet if you are lucky or rich but it is not needed! Typically use titan until ammo warning then swap until ammo warning and swap back to avoid TP because town is lava. Gear definitely helps for godly builds but the point is with only one skiller and no other charms or anything as ludicrously powerful as Infinity merc or Enigma my L80 javazon can still easily run rickshod through hell content like a demigod Valkyrie most of the time. The weapon slots are most important on this build.

P7 gives the most loot, provided you can kill fast at that setting. I build characters that can, and a java is one of the best for this. There are exceptions of course, my pitzerker does p1, trav barb does p3, etc.

I haven't played on the realms in years, but I would always find bot games if I wanted to do my thing with 2/4/6 other players in the game to get p3/5/7, which is where the loot increases. Is that not a thing anymore? Last time I played on the realms d2r didn't even exist, so I have no idea what online is like currently.

I’m surprised you don’t have mana issues. I’d personally drop the War Travs and get resist/mf Boots or just pure resist Boots. Alternatively, a standard Javazon staple are silkweaves for the 5 mana after each kill.

Tstroke is better than Titans. I keep one tstroke in my hand, one tstroke in my inv (replaces a skill charm), and a titans for back up in the cube where it self-repairs itself and is always ready for use.

Spirit is weak. If you want to chain teleports weapon swap to CTA/Spirit. Use either a Phoenix Monarch or a 4 socket Monarch with 4 light facets in it. Use the 4-facted Monarch if you’re really having no trouble with sustain/mana. The 4-faceted Monarch does NOT have to be filled with perfect 5/5 facets, 4/4, 5/4, and 4/5 facets work great too.

A 4-faceted Monarch also works great when your merc is Prayer/Insight/Cure, which almost entirely solves mana issues. In fact, Infinity is less useful with Javazon than would immediately be obvious. This is because Infinity takes time to affect enemies, and the Javazon frequently gets many attacks off or even outright kills enemies before they can be affected by Infinity, especially at low, player counts, but even at high player counts to a lesser but still significant extent. Amazon FCR frames are so awful that you’re less likely to be teleporting as much, so your merc also isn’t always right on top of you. ADDITIONALLY, Javazon frequently hits and even kills offscreen enemies that are way beyond the range of Infinity.

In contrast, a 4-faceted Monarch gives you instant lightning damage and works at all ranges. Additionally, it boosts your damage against immune enemies more than Infinity does.

It would be nice if you could use both Infinity and a 4-faceted Monarch, but most players run into sustaining issues and Insight or Phoenix solve that.


Anyway, the new Opalvein ring is really nice if you can roll it with lightning skill damage and +3 mana after each kill.

Your gloves are quite awful, either get 3/20s or 2/20’s with a resist. Alternatively, you may not even need the 20% IAS anymore if you switch to tstrokes, really opening up your gloves to an enormous upgrade.

Once/if you upgrade to tstrokes, the IAS on Highlords may become redundant and then you’ll definitely want to switch to something like a Maras.
