From the moment an item drops to the moment Cain gets the honors identifying it (yes, he does that every time after getting rescued by my hero) I think of my chances from a Schrödinger’s Cat Paradox perspective. Not a superstition per se, but gives me something to cheer about.

Andy Quest Drop Bug. Probably fixed already (or alternatively swept under the rug by equalizing quest and non-quest drop tables), but I still perform the steps to apply it, even when playing D2R or D2 mods.

AFAIK

Andariel's drop was fixed in d2r to always be her quest drop. Prior to patch 2.6 it was even bad to bug her because her loot table wouldn't upgrade to TZ. @Th3ory made a video about this. Since 2.6 it makes no difference at all if you bug her or not.
