You can still apply +skills to off. auras just like any other skill, so long as it is the actual pally skill being actively used.

It merely doesn't add anything to item-based auras directly (Dream, Dragon, ...), much like +curses wouldn't add anything to a lower res

Charge

Wand or Plague procs but works fine for a necro with the actual skill.

But yeah, typically noone wants +off auras, which is why he was "close to being rich" but not actually rich. The skill tree is what killed it.

Larzuk quest would give it 1-2 sockets max. Only way to get 4 in a blue

Monarch is to find one with the Jeweller's prefix.
