i thought you can't get rune words on magic? or is that just for diamonds socketing for resistances?
People put 4 5/5 facets in it so you get a good buff to your damage while have a better block.

And a Monarch is also the only non-pally shield, that is light weight and can have 4 sockets.

it does need to have a good secondary mod. 4 sockets with a big life buff or faster hit recovery or potentially other things too.

If you like health,String of Ears is much better option. 8% Life Stolen Per Hit loved it on my hamerdian. Spiral hammer on large group of enemies you fully healed.
I know its not the biggest fail ever, but as i'm looking for the 40% mfs, this feels like a kick in the b.

At least they're not perfect ED on top of that.
On the plus side, for most classes/builds you can still rock those for ages since you won't lose dura unless you get hit and even then it is rare enough to hit your gloves (10% chance).
My failure is not n item, but a drought run of HRs. For this ladder season, I levelled a Pally, he's 92 now and mostly farms TZs and C what I found so far is a Mal rune. Not completely unlucky ofc but find it really weird.
* I trade both ladder and non-ladder, please check before asking.
* All my trades are for runes, keys (especially KoT and KoH) and essences!

Few days ago i found small charm 20 life 17 mana, that was my second found of that charm. First was in season 1 and i sold it for Ber and Lo.
This time i sold it for Jah and decided to buy Death's Fathom. Seller wanted Ber, Ist and Mal for that, i traded Jah, Ist and Mal for Ber, then traded Pgems for Ist and Mal and FINALLY got my Death's Fathom (26 cold, 39 LR, 32 FR). My ass was very sweat but i was so happy!

maybe this is a dumb question, not sure what i'm missing ... but i want that!
iT'S pretty above average but i think he means the missing resists / life / mana / combo that makes it a 6 Pointer.
