Convert it to .jpg or cut out the relevant part. This can be made in Microsoft Paint.

If you're on Windows 10/11, you can use the built-in snipping tool - hit Windows key + Shift + S, then you can "draw" a rectangle around the area you want to screenshot. After doing so the selected area is automatically placed in your clipboard so you can just directly paste it into the editor here (Full editor, not Quick reply).

But like Trang Oul pointed out - the problem is probably that Cure is ladder-only, and that you tried creating it on non-ladder. See the Cure database page (click the rune word name) for details.
