Guys, PIX is a Brazilian money transfer method. It's a new system launched about a year ago by the Central Bank of Brazil. It's basically the same as a normal online money transfer in your banking app, but you can transfer any time of the day, instantly, with no fees charged by your bank. Since its implementation it became hugely popular here in Brazil.

So, the title of the trade game meant the dude wanted to sell a Ber rune for R$ 250.00 reais (Brazilian Currency).

In case you are you are interested, you can find out more here : https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/pix Google translate should do the trick.

ok cuz i actually saw two seperate games too. one was
Ber
for pix 250 and the other was runes for pix 220. so it clearly wasn't just some random thing, but i couldnt and still cant figure it out for the life of me. i thought maybe pheonix at first too and maybe it was an i and not an L, but the 220/250 makes no sense in regards to pheonix as the rolls are for 350-400.

It could be that the integer suffix is just to make the game name unique. It might be meaningless.

Funnily enough, now this is the first result when googling it: I think this goes to show it's not a common term at all, maybe it's from a different language? I know a couple terms from the D2 French trading scene way back in the days, though none that resemble this.

Script means 'Look at the game description'. In this case, it's what they're offering/trying to get.

At this point they're obfuscating information, not clarifying it.

You haven't come full circle until you've used Google to search for Google.

Yeah, deSCRIPTion. I guess "desc" would be too clear...

When I was told this, I found it mindboggling, too - how the hell do they expect anyone to select their game, load the game description data, read it, consider if they have the goods to trade, and then join the game before the autoreload deselects it? Particularly if they're using the description to fit in more text than the game name would allow.

Used to be "O This N Read" or "N That Read", etc.

I worked in Legacy because loading game description worked and game name was in textbox even after list refreshed. Now you have to memorize all the game names.
