I just sold a Sparking of Vita with 37 life for Lo + Ist. I think starting point for a 40 should be at least Lo, maybe Jah. A 44 went the other day for 2x Ber.

If you put it at Jah, the trick becomes is Jah = Lo + Ohm? Depending on what you want to build out, that might be your main debate.
