Andariel's Loot Table can be permanently bugged to always drop the quest reward for killing her. Quest Reward drops are quite often higher quality and this can be further improved upon with Magic Find Gear.

2]. Talk with Warriv and travel to Lut Gholein
3]. Save and Exit Game
This can be easily accomplished on each difficulty setting.
Be sure not to die during the process as it can possibly complicate your chances of successful bugging. This bug is confirmed to be intact in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Also a fair amount of superstition is associated with accomplishing this bug but the aforementioned steps are tested and confirmed.

Glitched Andariel will not drop gold and junk (potions, Arrows, scrolls). She has quite large chance to drop them if not glitched, so 2-3 runs without gold or junk and you can quite safely say that she is glitched.

Fixed Andariel Quest Bug Breaks Terrorized Upgrading - DO NOT QUEST BUG HERBlizzard Devs created a mechanical issue with their initial permanent Quest Loot Glitch that is overriding Terrorized desecrated treasure class upgarding if you went through the "Bugging" mechanic. The way to avoid this is "Non-Bugging" her while still securing permanent Quest Loot drops and Andariel Desecrated Treasure Class upgrading when farming her.

It makes no difference if you are doing the Sisters to the Slaughter quest or not since Andariel will always drop her quest drop.
