No binding of uniques. When bound, the demon would get some unique mods based on skill level, kind of like now, except that the pool of mods would be opened up and a little more random. You could get cursed and aura enchanted, or maybe you'd just get teleportation and mana burn. You'd need to keep binding to get something good.
Other summons could be buffed a bit to bring them in line, as well. I'd like to see Revive last indefinitely, but then the max summons would need to be heavily limited, like one minion plus one per ten points, or something. Revives should also use all their special abilities, like grotesques spawning, shamans raising, council members healing you, and so on. Skeletal Mages should fire Bolts doing magic (as opposed to elemental or poison) damage, which could actually make them useful. Valkyrie could get a very low-level Defiance or Salvation aura (the latter would be awesome for bow/ Spear Amazons, who often struggle with resists), while Grizzly could get IAS with more skills points (and maybe remove or reduce the 18-frame delay).
