Anyone know what skills they cannot spawn?
I’ve never seen one with a hex skill, which is a bummer since I’d like to have an offhand Splendor Tome with Hex Siphon so I don’t need 3 skill points to get that.
I’m guessing it’s just banned on warlock books, but dunno if this is documented anywhere.

Can be used to make Runewords:
They can roll 1-3 of any Hex skill.
Anyone have one? I keep checking tomes and have never found one with it.
Just keep checking. I keep looking for a +3 Bind Demon book. Finally found one and it is a Superior book, which means the add socket cube recipe doesn't work... The search continues.
I don’t think they exist. I’ll give a free Ist to anyone who can prove me wrong.
