This is pretty awesome, I've been watching videos of the new expansion. But is anyone else having this problem, it's been HOURS now and Bnet still is glitching out and not allowing me to purchase it via card, let me know if there's anything I'm missing?

Try purchasing on their website. I kept getting errors on the app.
FYI thanks that worked, I got it. If anyone can't purchase on app redirect them here, I saw several ppl mention they were having trouble purchasing it on app too.

Now I'm trying to make another account so I can multibox and play on Steam too but account creation seems to be down as well. It keeps failing at after completing the captcha.

Card was impossible for me too, used apple pay and no problem but the game does not launch after the update. Did 2 reinstalls and nothing, uninstalled with Revo and will try again. Unacceptable but this is the gaming reality of the 2020s…

Yeah, Blizz/b.net stuff is all sorts of broken. Authenticator app, payment, ... nothing's really working (reliably).
Had to go via browser, delete existing payment info and re-enter everything to get it to go through for the purchase.

Blizzard servers getting hammered hard, sort of nice to see but pain to buy.. I had the same problem yesterday the game app failed to let me buy it. I used the phone app it went through no problem..

So I’ve paid for the game on PS5, it gave me two blank thumbnails that both say Project Causeway. Usually the top one is for PS5 so I clicked on it (which may have been stupid) and now it just has ‘Purchased’ and the icon is greyed out. It won’t download at all, nor can I get it to.
Any idea on what I can do?

i had to go to the blizz website, remove saved payment info, and then add payment info.
