Sacred Targe Farming

I have done over 150 cow games so far, and so far only got a 49% ED one while trying to get one with resist for my hammerdin. Is there a better spot to farm these by any chance?

No, Cows is the best spot. and tbh, 150 is a very low number. Especially if you are looking for ultra rare or perfectly rolled items.

if you're trying to find lots of Base items specifically, take off your MF gear. The less MF you have the better for farming bases.

also remember that while looking for base items (White) in cows it would be much better to go there with 0% mf

Cows and as little as possible MF as you can afford, that's the recipe!
