Pindle portal conditions

Hello everyone,

Did the dev mention anything about Pindle portals " closure " conditions ?

Most of you probably know but currently there are 2 conditions for the closure of the portal ;

1.

Nihlathak is dead.

2. Hall of pain lv.2 waypoint has been taken.


With the QOL changes to the Cow level, will player be able to take the Waypoint safely ?


EDIT : It seems there is no consensus on this, I will update this post and attempt to close the portal tomorrow or the day after at the latest, if any of our fast friend in this thread could update us with a confirmation about this I will edit this post for prosperity.

Im pretty sure llama confirmed with blizz that its fixed

That's what I love to hear! I saw the comment above saying it was "fixed", and I was like "how do you fix something like that; the portal stays open because you need it to get the waypoint". By fixed, they meant the devs decided to always keep the portal open, as it should be! D2R really is shaping up to be better than the original game, and that's amazing!

I do not recall seeing this anywhere and it is not on the master changes post.

IIRC, it was on a stream. So, take it as here say to be honest.

We'll be able to confirm it tomorrow, regardless. I guess it all depends on which poor bastard wants to give up his portal. Lol.

Sacrifice the portal in normal. Just like the Quest Drop Bug with Andy that I'm eager to see if it's fixed.

Yeah I doubt anybody is gonna sweat risking their normal mode pindle portal. We'll know in the next day or two.

Since I wont be playing till Friday evening, earliest, I wouldn't mind if you posted about your finds here!
