I mainly play PC, but I do have the PS4 version as well. And with cross save being a thing, I can trade anything in either spot. Is there a way in the profile to mark as playing both, for trade purposes?

I play on PS4 only for the time being. If I say I accept an offer, I give that person time to make trade before taking another offer, even if higher. I believe in my word, it is all I have.
You can go to Account Info > Link Accounts and link a PS4 account. If you look at my profile i linked an account recently im going to use for HC trading.
