PSU is 525W and does appear to only have a 6-pin. Good news is that it appears to be standard ATX form factor. If replacement is necessary, it should be a simple process.
Maybe atx but i wouldn't count on the motherboard having standard power pins

It actually does appear to have standard pins. Found a YT video I edited into my other response that shows a standard ATX being installed.
It appears to use standard ATX connections. It is a bit unique in having a proprietary Dell removable harness, but that would be irrelevant if swapping it out.

Check the Windows logs. The errors there may provide useful information.
The PSU is quite weak, but normally, when it cannot provide enough power, it resets the entire computer.
The graphics card is not installed/powered properly. Under heavy load, it demands more power. With two power pins disconnected, the card resets for about one second, causing every application using it in 3D mode to crash.

Great idea.
These can be found in 2 places. In the Start Menu search box enter "error" to see application problem reports.
You can click on each instance for further details that may help.
In Start Menu you can also search for "Event Viewer". Here we'd probably be most concerned with administrative, system, application or hardware events. Sorting by "level" is probably best to group error and/or critical events.

Relatively weak, but adequate for the hardware. The 1060 likely also has an equivalent, or slightly lower, TDP compared to the 660. As long as the PSU isn't faulty, the new GPU shouldn't pose a problem in this regard.
OP had another response stating the 1060 is in fact 6-pin. As far as I can tell, there should be no compatibility issues.
