PSU is 525W and does appear to only have a 6-pin. Good news is that it appears to be standard ATX form factor. If replacement is necessary, it should be a simple process.
Maybe atx but i wouldn't count on the motherboard having standard power pins

It actually does appear to have standard pins. Found a YT video I edited into my other response that shows a standard ATX being installed.
It appears to use standard ATX connections. It is a bit unique in having a proprietary Dell removable harness, but that would be irrelevant if swapping it out.

Check the Windows logs. The errors there may provide useful information.
The PSU is quite weak, but normally, when it cannot provide enough power, it resets the entire computer.
The graphics card is not installed/powered properly. Under heavy load, it demands more power. With two power pins disconnected, the card resets for about one second, causing every application using it in 3D mode to crash.
