If you reference that one so regularly, you could always create a bookmark directly to it.

Matter of taste. Some care about that. And yet, some of us do care about some of the other piece stickied within that that you may not care about. So yeah, all/nothing..the summary thread is a solid solution for it.
Hell, I've referenced the armor-appearance one a hell of a lot more often than any of the pricing ones.
If the latest values are fine, 3 Ohm is between 15 and 17 Ist.
While Sur is more 15 Ist.

if we talk about pc-nl-softcore rune market, there r some changes happend in last 2 weeks or so. price of Ber went from 25 Ist to ?. and automaticaly Sur went up from 15 to ?. think that is still not stable so will not write numbers. maybe some1 have better info and can give numbers.

Zod seems to be around the 11 Ist mark atm, give or take an Ist depending on trader... I realize not alot of people care about the Zod worth... but i like to see some value coming back to the highest ranked rune available.

The problem with Sur is that it is mainly used as a way to get to Ber by cubing (and it is said so in the Sur page : misc/sur-t1329.html). Pride, Last Wish and Dragon are not super common runewords.
So it's not illogical that it comes closer and closer to half a Ber.
But indeed, as Ber are at about 30 Ist, and Sur stayed at about 15 Ist, there you are.

After making Infinity and Enigma (x1Jah and x3Ber), there is no much use of Ber but you have many useful and popular runeword for Jah.
You can make Beast, CoH, Last Wish, add Ber to socketd weapon and armor.
While for Jah, that is 2x Dream, Last Wish (x3 Jah), Faith, Phoenix, Ice.

Ah, learnt that, thanks. Indeed, seems patch 1.13 has inverted drop rate that was in the cubing order before ( Jah/ Ber, Sur/ Lo, Ohm/ Vex, Gul/ Ist, Mal/ Um) for high runes, before Amn it's messy with least likely being... Eld.

For what it's worth, you would be better off monitoring the price in Forum Gold on D2jsp to find what value a given rune has at any point in time than trying to set a static rune equivalency value. Reason I say that is you could trade in your Ber found day 5 of ladder for forum Gold on d2jsp, then hold that forum Gold until week 2 and buy two Ber runes and have your Infinity, rather than thinking of Ber as = 10 high runes [or whatever], you could think of Ber @ TimeValue(Now()) = $$$ Forum Gold $$$. Then you will understand the time value of money and why rune prices fluctuate dramatically over the course of a season.
That would be assuming that the person having an early Ber is okay with using that forum to begin with.
