Cannot speak for others but I have sold a -70% lightning sunder for 2 Ber and 1 Lo. And a -71% for 1 Lo.
The reason I put them up for sale is because I feel like the prices will plummet the coming weeks / months and I will probably find more for self use.

Prices were high only because people expected sunders to not be available on NL, just like S2 skipped S1 runewords coming to NL.
When that didn't happen, prices crashed.
There's no point in hoarding sunders for potential profit on NL when they are readily available now as well. Once people get theirs for actual self-use, expect prices to drop to rock bottom. Don't buy at Ber+ would be my advice but sell at Ber+, if you can.
